The Premier PCC Program provides PCC’s with a set of standards that serve as the benchmarks for PCC excellence and address the PCC Network’s core growth strategy. Its goal is to implement and leverage network best practices to create business growth opportunities for the Postal Service and its PCC members. LI PCC was once again recognized as a "GOLD" level PCC network.
