Who We Are

The Postal Customer Council is a network of business mailers and representatives of the U.S. Postal Service, who gather regularly to discuss and resolve local mailing issues as well as develop content-rich education programs. On both the national and local levels, Postal Customer Councils work to continually improve communications between the Postal Service and its customers by promoting an effective networking platform.

Mail Design Professional – MDP Program

Wednesday, February 14 & Thursday, February 15, 2018

This two (2) day training program will teach you how to design mail to enhance its compatibility with U.S. Postal Service® automated equipment to lower your postage costs. MDP certification will be received for all attendees’ successfully completing the course assessment. 

MDP Certification is good for 2 years. This is an excellent opportunity to refresh your skills & get recertified for those that had attended this training in the past.
